Connecting Mums: Sleep & Infant Feeding Support

Come and join us for a relaxed and friendly session designed to help you navigate sleep and feeding with confidence. Whether you're struggling with wakeful nights, or want some reassurance that feeding is going well, we've got you covered with practical, evidence-based advice.

During this two hour event, we’ll be busting common sleep and feeding myths, talking about what is normal and when you might need more support, and sharing helpful tips that you can start using right away. Whether you're breastfeeding, bottle feeding, expressing or a combination, our aim is for you to leave feeling more informed and empowered.

There’s dedicated time for a live Q&A session, so you can get your specific questions answered by two experts in a safe, non-judgmental space. It’s all about helping you feel more confident and supported on this journey. Plus, it’s a great chance to connect with other local mums going through similar challenges.
